This policy explains what information The Barrel ("we," "us") collects through thebarrelbars.com, reservations, online orders, and our text and email programs, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact info: name, mobile number, email address.

• Reservation and order details: date, time, party size, special requests, and to-go or catering orders. Reservations run through Resy and online ordering and gift cards run through Toast.

• Marketing preferences: whether you opted in to texts or emails, and your 21+ age confirmation.

• Website data: basic cookies and analytics that help the site work.

How we use it

• To manage reservations, table-ready notices, private events, and to-go orders.

• To send texts and emails you asked for, including event and specials announcements.

• To answer your questions and keep our records.

• To follow the law, including making sure alcohol promotions go only to guests 21 and older.

Text messages (SMS)

We text you only if you opt in, for example by checking the SMS box on our signup form or texting JOIN to our number. You must be 21 or older to join. Consent is not required to buy anything. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the restaurant (such as Resy for reservations, Toast for ordering and payments, and our text-messaging provider) and only to provide those services, or when the law requires it.

• Access or deletion: email us and we will update or delete your information, unless we have to keep it by law.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.

Age
